Lake Louise I

Lake Louise, Banff National Park, Alberta, is one of the most famous and full-of-visitors place in Canadian Rockies... well it's absolutely wonderful, and deserves its popularity, but there is a huge Fairmount Hotel on a side of the lake... and people everywhere around the lake, on the lake with canoes and on hiking tracks around...
The hotel was wooden-built at the beginning of the 20th century to welcome rich passengers of the Canadian Pacific railway line, but burnt several times and is now replaced by a huge concrete "castle" that is absoutely not integrated in the landscape

But when you come back at sunset, everybody is gone away, and it's very much quiet!
You only have to look at the opposite of the hotel, and the view is stunning!
